TechWave Designs Ltd. ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to honoring the intellectual property rights of individuals and expects our users to uphold the same standards. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we will promptly address reports of copyright infringement that occur through our services, provided that such claims are brought to the attention of our Designated Copyright Agent as outlined in the sample notice below.

If you are a copyright holder, someone authorized to act on behalf of a copyright owner, or entitled to act under any exclusive rights under copyright, please notify us of any suspected copyright infringements occurring on or through our website (the "Site") by filling out the DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and submitting it to our Designated Copyright Agent. Upon receiving a Notice as specified below, we will take appropriate actions, at our sole discretion, which may include the removal of the disputed content from the Site.

• 1. Clearly identify the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, or if this Notice covers multiple works, a representative list of the copyrighted works in question may be provided.
• 2. Specify the material or link you believe is infringing (or the activity in question) and that access to which you wish to disable, including at minimum, if applicable, the URL of the content on the Site or the precise location of the material.
• 3. Provide your company affiliation (if relevant), mailing address, phone number, and, if possible, email address.
• 4. Include both of the following statements within the Notice:
• * "I assert that I hold a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material being challenged is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (like fair use)."
• * "I affirm that the details in this Notice are correct, and under penalty of perjury, that I am the copyright owner, or am authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, or hold an exclusive right under copyright that is allegedly being infringed."
• 5. Include your full legal name along with your electronic or physical signature.

Kindly remember, as stated in Section 512(f) of the DMCA, that anyone who knowingly misrepresents that materials or activities are infringing could face liability.

If you believe that your content has been erroneously removed (or access denied) and is not infringing, or that you have the copyright owner's permission, the copyright owner's representative, or legal rights to post and utilize the content, you may submit a counter-notice including the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent:

• 1. Your electronic or physical signature;
• 2. Identification of the content that was removed or access to which was terminated and the location where the content appeared prior to removal or disabling;
• 3. A declaration that you have a good faith belief that the removal or disabling of the content resulted from an error or misidentification;
• 4. Your name, address, phone number, and email address, a statement that you agree to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Seychelles, and a statement indicating that you will accept service of process from the person who notified you of the alleged infringement.

If our Designated Copyright Agent receives a counter-notice, we may notify the original complainant that we will reinstate the removed content or disable access to it within 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner initiates a court action against the content provider or user, the removed content may be restored or access may be reinstated within 10 to 14 business days, at our discretion.

In accordance with DMCA regulations and other relevant laws, we have established a policy to terminate accounts of users who are identified as repeat infringers, in appropriate situations and at our discretion. We may also limit access to the Site or terminate accounts of any users who infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether repeat infringement is present.
